  • RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, NON-RECEIPT, & RETURN DELIVERY

    Returns: We currently accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery as part of our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. The request for return must be submitted in writing to either contact@archgenie.com or to Arch Genie L.L.C., P.O. Box 383, Riverton, Utah 84065. Refunds on orders with U.S. Express "overnight" shipping or international shipping will be for the product cost only and will not include the shipping fee. For international orders, the "confirmed delivery date" is defined as the date that the package clears local customs--because we often can't track the package beyond that date. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee doesn't include any international taxes or other import fees.

    Exchanges: After the 30 day return policy has expired, exchanges will be honored for defective items as part of our 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty and exchanged only for a duplicate product of the same style. If the product style being exchanged has been discontinued, it will be exchanged for a comparable style of your choice.     Order Non-receipt: Once a package is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment, ensure that they or someone else will be present at the time of delivery, and/or notify Arch Genie L.L.C. in the event of non-receipt of the ordered product within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of package delivery or attempted delivery. Notice of non-receipt should be submitted in writing to contact@archgenie.com within the specified time frame. Once notification of non-receipt is received, Arch Genie L.L.C. will make every reasonable effort to track and/or locate a missing and/or lost package and ensure its proper delivery as quickly as possible and reasonable. However, Arch Genie L.L.C. makes no guarantees in terms of either a specific timeline and/or successful closure of an order non-receipt case.     International orders using "Global Express" service: Once an order is constructed and processed (up to 7 business days after the order is placed), all orders headed outside of the United States of America, and its territories, that are being shipped using the "Global Express" shipping option (costing between $94.99 and $129.99 depending on location) will be shipped via the USPS Express Mail International service WITH FULL TRACKING and may take up to 1 WEEK AFTER SHIPPING to arrive. The average shipping time for this service is 1 -3 business days.

    EXCLUSIONS FROM INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    We are a business in the United states of American and are prohibited by law to ship to certain countries and/or individuals. Also, there are some countries that our shipping service will not deliver to. We WILL NOT ship products to customers in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine. We will also refuse to delivery to all customers under Individual Sanctions or otherwise Flagged by the United States Government.

    NOTICES TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

    United Kingdom Customers: Due to complications with the United Kingdom Customs and Postal Services, all orders shipped using "Standard International" to the United Kingdom (costing $24.99) are averaging a minimum of 8-12 weeks for arrival, with no tracking ability. If you want you order to arrive faster you must pay for "Global Priority" that allows limited tracking of the order using the customs form number or "Global Express" which is fully trackable.

    International Customers Choosing "Standard International" Shipping: If you choose the "Standard International" shipping option for your order you will receive an email from us informing you that your order may take up to 12 WEEKS to arrive (and sometimes longer) and that your package will be shipped WITHOUT TRACKING. This email will also inform you that If you wish to receive your package sooner than 4-12 weeks you may pay an additional $15.00 - $20.00 via PayPal Invoice (depending on your location) and we will ship your package via USPS International Priority Mail.
